ghouls night out

Need a “ghouls” touch to your Halloween party this year?  then you’ve come the right place! I hosted a “ghoul’s night out” just for the mummies. In order to enter the spooktacular event each “ghoul” had to wear her best witches hat. Of course there were prizes. Best in show, most creative, spookiest… you get the drift.

Pumpkin patch center piece:
To start you need a faboolous center piece. I got the inspiration from “I am baker”. The one thing I struggled with was the fondant. It kept sliding off so I did not turn mine into a jack o lantern. Instead I made a little pumpkin patch for my center piece. My candle also didn’t turn out as well as hers…she is amazing.

Of course if I were to make all the ghouls wear witches hats, I had to have them on the dessert table! This is super easy to make:
1.   Get keebler fudge cookies and flip them over
2.   Pipe some frosting on the middle
3.   Place a Hersey kiss on the top
4.   Pipe a nice bow around the kiss.

Out door décor, spruced up the wreath I found at Michaels with some awesome Halloween ribbon and bow. Don’t forget to accessories your accessories ladies!

What's a ghouls night out without some “witches brew?”

Carmel pop corn party favors (recipe to come) . I found the witches graphic on graphics fairy and spruced it up with my own background. This year she has a fun little invite out that you can download for FREE!

Happy haunting

  1. What a great idea to host a "ghoul's night!" Sounds so fun. I want to see pictures of the hats!
